We love connecting with new communities and sharing our story wherever we go. Bringing our Peruvian Specialty Coffee to events is something we’re truly passionate about. We’ve worked hard to bring this delicious coffee to Australia and have carefully learned to roast it to perfection.
We believe coffee vans don’t need to serve “just another coffee.” With Pachamama, you can offer your guests quality, exquisite flavours, and genuine customer service that adds to the positive energy of your event.

Public Events & Markets
For community fairs, festivals, or large events (200 + people) where attendees purchase their own drinks, there is no set fee. We simply set up our coffee van and serve our specialty drinks directly to customers.
For smaller events (under 150 coffees) where the organizer covers the cost of guests’ drinks, we offer the following packages.
If organizers prefer guests to pay for their own drinks but are unsure about reaching the minimum spend of $375, they can simply cover the difference.
50-Cup Package
Perfect for small gatherings or corporate mornings.
$375 – Includes up to 50 coffees, labour for up to 2 hours, full cream & skim milk.
$425 – Includes up to 50 coffees, labour for up to 2 hours, all milk options (full cream, skim & alternatives).
+$30 per additional hour
100-Cup Package
Ideal for medium-sized events or office functions.
$700 – Includes up to 100 coffees, 2 baristas, 3 hours, full cream & skim milk.
$750 – Includes up to 100 coffees, 2 baristas, 3 hours, all milk options.
+$30 per additional hour
150-Cup Package
Great for larger celebrations and community events.
$1,000 – Includes up to 150 coffees, 2 baristas, 3 hours, full cream & skim milk.
$1,050 – Includes up to 150 coffees, 2 baristas, 3 hors, all milk options.

INDOOR EVENTS
Hosting an indoor event and still want to treat your guests to Pachamama Coffee? We’ve got you covered.
While we can’t bring our coffee van indoors, we offer a range of flexible options to suit your space:
Freshly Brewed Coffee: Enjoy our signature Pachamama blend, brewed fresh and ready to serve.
V60 Brew Bar: Add a touch of theatre to your event with a live V60 brewing station - a beautiful way to showcase the craft behind every cup.
Cold Brew Bottles: Keep things cool with our handcrafted, bottled cold brews — smooth, refreshing, and full of flavour. We can also offer our flavoured cold brews, including one infused with orange juice and another blended with red fruit juice for a vibrant, refreshing twist.
All options are served black, but we can bring along a selection of milk options, or you’re welcome to provide your preferred choices.
